Our law enforcement officers and soldiers are invaluable to us. They are the courageous men and women who selflessly volunteer to confront peril, so the rest of us might be safe from it.   To ensure their safety and increase our odds of success, we must train and equip them as though our lives too, were on the line. We must never tolerate low or inconsistent training standards or sub-standard equipment. We owe them more. Their preparedness is our duty.
