(Millbrook) does not accept any responsibility for the use or misuse of the products it sells.  All responsibility shall be at the buyer’s own risk.  Millbrook makes no warranties or representations, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the content and information found herein.  The user expressly agrees to use this site at his/her own risk.

Millbrook makes every effort to be as accurate and precise as possible with all product descriptions and site content, however we do not make any warranties or guarantees with respect to these descriptions or content.  We endeavor to offer complete and correct information, but on occasion, typographical errors or errors of omission do occur. Millbrook may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on the website at any time without notice, including product prices and availability of items.

Millbrook reserves the right to refuse any order at its discretion. The sale of Arc’teryx LEAF items are only offered to those customers who are able to provide proof that they are active members of the Canadian Forces or any Law Enforcement Agency.  The sale of ballistic solutions, panels, hard or soft armour will only be offered to governmental or law enforcement agencies with proper authority to purchase such items. Sales to private citizens are strictly prohibited and are not sanctioned by Millbrook.

All content, software and related compilation of information included in this site are the property of Millbrook or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws.

This website (excluding any linked websites) is owned, operated, and controlled by Millbrook for its office within the Province of Ontario, Canada.  The web site can be accessed from all provinces and territories of Canada, as well as from other countries in the world.  As each of these jurisdictions has laws that may differ from those of the Province of Ontario, by accessing the website, the user agrees that all matters relating to access to, or use of, the website, or any other hyper-linked web site, shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.  The user also agrees and hereby submits to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the courts of the Province of Ontario and acknowledges that the user does so voluntarily and is responsible for complying with all laws.

PAYMENT

Payment for all orders is accepted through Paypal Merchant Services including their Virtual Terminal feature and regular account services.  Payment can be processed by phone, fax, or online.  All items are subject to HST at the rate of 13%.

SHIPPING

Orders will be sent via Canada Post.  Shipping costs will be dependent on the size and weight of the package, as well as its destination. We will make every effort to ensure that your order is filled within the timeline specified on the product flyleaf located on the Millbrook website.

Our products are inspected prior to shipping to ensure that they are free from obvious manufacturer defects. Should your products be damaged or delayed by the shipping process, please contact us and we will endeavor to assist.  If your package arrives damaged, you should contact Canada Post to initiate the claims process.  Millbrook  is not responsible for items while in transit and cannot be held liable for any damages.  All items purchased from Millbrook are made pursuant to a shipping contract and therefore the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

All items purchased from this site come with a 7 day return/inspection policy.  If you are not satisfied, you may return the product in its original, unused condition and receive a refund. Upon receipt of the product in acceptable condition, we will refund your money in full minus shipping and handling charges. Under certain circumstances, a restocking feel of up to 15% may apply.
